Workitems Icon And Search

Engage with the Workitem icon and search capability to look for a specific workitem.

The Thrio system has a powerful search capability that allows you to find workitems, topics, and contacts very easily. Be aware that you may not see all of the icons available on the Left-Hand Vertical Navigation Bar depending on your authority and class of services settings established by the administrator of your system

Workitem Icon & Workitem Search

In the upper, left-hand portion of the Vertical Navigation Bar, you will see an icon called “Workitem.” The search box to the right of this icon is context-sensitive, so if you click the icon, the thing you’ll be searching on deals with workitems.

Workitem Icon & Workitem Search

Searching for Workitems is simple. First, click on the Workitem icon and it will highlight. Next, type in a name or phone number here in the search box of an ACTIVE Workitem. After typing your search phrase, click on the magnifying glass to find a matching record.

NOTE: You cannot search on closed workitems – only active ones.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
