Logging Out

Logging Out

Learn why logging out is important.

Once you are done working your shift, it’s a good idea to officially log out of the system so you don’t throw off any of the supervisory statistics associated with your activity. If you don’t log out manually, the system will log you out automatically based on a configurable system timer.

Logout Icon

The logout icon is the last item on the right that appears in the horizontal navigation bar. Just click on the logout icon and you will be taken to the “logged out” page.

Logout Page

Once you’ve logged out, you will see the logout page. You will see a message that says: “You have been logged out the application by agent.”

Underneath this message you will see a button for the Login Page so you can easily log back in to the system.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
